In a time of an ongoing pandemic, where lockdowns are active in many countries, it is as important as ever for the business to be well informed in order to make the right decisions and react to the deteriorating economic situation.
With this in mind, we created a pandemic impact dashboard (in SAP Analytics Cloud) that visualizes the spread of COVID-19 along with business KPIs visualizations. The goal of this dashboard is to provide insights and enable users to analyze the influence of the pandemic on the eCom sales of the company and identify trends.
The implementation makes use of two separate data models: One with coronavirus statistics and one carrying eCom metrics. This way the dashboard can be easily adapted to show different business KPIs and suit different business cases.
