With this Annual Target Setting Application, we would like to present you a solution for high level planner. The user can start with analyzing previous year actual data and this year targets. Then step into the planning, using the tools we created to ease the process – such as Data Actions, which triggers the execution of custom logic.
After actual numbers are available, the user is able to analyze the performance and revise the plan from Bottom-Up perspective, if some corrections are needed to achieve the annual target.
